Nikki Fleck

With a background in dance and college athletics, Nikki has always found joy and release through movement. Amazed at the healing and transformation her yoga practice brought to her own life, Nikki ventured to Lima, Peru to receive her 200 RYT. The vinyasa training emphasized healing sequencing, nutrition, and anatomy. Her experience in Peru refined her personal practice and inspired her commitment to being a lifelong student of yoga. Nikki later received her 500 RYT advanced certification from the Yoga Center of Minneapolis and her yin certification from Michelle Pietrzak-Wegner.
Nikki has guided vinyasa, yin, and mediation classes for diverse levels and background including college athletics, individuals living with mental illness, beginners, persons experiencing disabilities, caregivers, seniors, and families. Nikki is forever grateful for her teachers who have given her permission to teach authentically and intuitively. Nikki's classes aim to create a space where students can refine their ability to tune inward and meet themselves where they are with compassion. Nikki's classes weave in breath work, body awareness, poetry, meditation, intelligent sequencing, partner work, and yoga Nidra. Nikki hopes to continue to work with teachers in the community to make the practice of yoga accessible and welcoming to ALL students.
Off the mat, Nikki spends her time rollerblading, cooking for her friends and neighbors at The Rye House Community, crafting jewelry, and studying holistic nutrition.
