gentle vinyasa
Whether you are experiencing Yoga for the first time or fine tuning your practice, you will find these sessions to be gentle and a slower-paced approach to the ancient art of Hatha Yoga practiced with a slower flow. In this 75-minute class, you will focus on breathing techniques and proper alignment and find harmony and balance from the inside out. Experience the benefits of yoga without the physical demands of the flowing classes. All levels are welcome. If you are a beginner, this is the perfect class for you.
vinyasa
Practitioners are guided through a dynamic, physical, and powerful flowing sequence of poses that blend breath and movement. Each session, whether 75 or 90 minutes, is unique, designed as a meditation in motion, and sometimes accompanied by music. Most classes involve sun salutations, a standing vinyasa sequence, balance poses, seated postures, back bending, an inversions, and savasana. These sessions are kept light-hearted, are fast paced and challenging – in a good way! Be prepared to sweat! Prior yoga experience is recommended.
aligned flow
Neutral is static, yet alive with great attention and detail for 60 minutes. We will explore interior landscape, breath, and movement from a traditional alignment based lens. Expect efficient, clear, intelligent sequencing, occasional myofascial release with yoga tune up balls and space to come home to yourself. All levels.
Bowspring (an evolution)

Neutral is dynamic, a position of readiness. We will explore mindset and movement in a new paradigm, Bowspring. Natural curves of the spine and even fascial tone to the entire body (a hug to yourself) are maintained throughout the practice. Expect to disrupt autopilot here. Expect to build your backside and to move with more lightness and spring in your step. Glutes are on the rise, belly is long and open. Mindfulness and sensitivity is high.
ashtanga primary series
Experience the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga – sun salutations, standing and seated poses, back bends, the finishing sequence and savasana. This 90-minute lead practice involves progressive techniques of breath and movement will cleanse, stretch and strengthen the body as well as focus and calm the mind. This style of Yoga is physically intense so be prepared to sweat and have fun! You will increase your flexibility, stamina, strength, and awareness.
restorative yoga
This passive yoga practice takes you through a series of held restorative postures that leave you feeling nourished and well rested by connecting the breath, body, and mind. Explore your habitual way of holding tension as you allow the relaxation response to kick in. Work on balancing the nervous system, optimizing energy flow to the organs, lifting the immune system, and enhancing the process of digestion. This 75-minute class is for anyone and everyone who needs to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. You will be deeply supported by props this class, which is highly encouraged as a balance to higher intensity practices and workouts.
