Nan Zosel has a B.A in Movement Therapy and an M.A. in Education. She has studied anatomy, kinesiology, and applied pedagogy. Sessions are perfect for those new to yoga, and for experienced practitioners as well. Sessions include injury prevention, corrections and coaching as requested, and sometimes partner work. She strives to create a safe, playful atmosphere, so that participants leave feeling refreshed, and ready to bring their work on the mat into their daily lives. She also organizes weekly outdoor dance parties that all are welcome to attend!
