Patrick Craigie

After about a decade of travels and adventures (think Indiana Jones), Patrick returned to his homeland in Minnesota in early 2008 and also returned back to his regular yoga practice. Patrick first stepped onto a yoga mat in the summer of 2000 while visiting a friend at an eco-resort on the big island of Hawai'i. Years later in 2008 he became a certified yoga instructor and has been teaching ever since. Patrick came to his first class because a friend of his suggested he try it and that they thought he'd enjoy it. They were right. The ability to let go and allow for limitiations to be challenged and things monetary to be gently pushed to the periphery was good for him.
Patrick teaches a vinyasa-style class that is rooted in basic postures and alignment and is inspired by compassion and creative sequencing. When not practicing or teaching yoga in the Minneapolis area you might see Patrick dining out, enjoying the local music and arts scene, or perhaps rock climbing around the area cliffs and gyms. He also enjoys preparing delicious suppers and studies business online at Capella University. More info here
